My Story
I have always been skinny, but fit? Not so much.
In high school I was a dancer, and member of the Colorguard with the Marching Band, so while I was active I never watched what I ate.
When I got to college my active life went out the window, while I went to the gym sometimes, I continued to eat what I wanted, and I didn't gain the freshman 15, but I did put on a few pounds. Needless to say I wasn't getting results from my workouts, so I gave up. After college, I started dating my now husband, and a little more than 4 years later, we are married.
My true fitness journey began back in August. A friend from high school invited me to one of her Challenge groups. I had NO idea what that was, but knew I wanted to tone up and learn more about clean eating, not only for my sake, but for my husband as well. So I dove in, head first, and started doing the 21 day fix and drinking Shakeology.

Me at the start of the Challenge (August 2014)
Two weeks into my challenge, I decided I wanted to help others get the results I was getting and LOVING! So I became a beach body coach. Four Months later I have helped a number of people get back on track, and continue to work on my own fitness and nutrition goals!
