Chicken Bundles
This is a family favorite!! And the best thing -- you can make a bunch and freeze them for lunches or a later meal -- and they are not that hard to make!!
Ingredients:
* Two 3oz packages Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
* 5 TBSP Margarine, melted ( Save 1 TBSP)
* 4 Cups Cooked, cubed chicken or Turkey
* 1/4 Cup Milk
* 1/4 TSP Pepper
* 1/2 TSP Salt
* 2 TBSP Chopped Onion
* Two 8oz Cans Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
* 3/4 Cup bread Crumbs
SAUCE:
* 1 Can of Cream of Mushroom or Cream of Chicken Soup ( this is up to you!)
* 2/3 Cup of Milk
Directions:
* Pre-heat Oven to 350 Degrees
* In Medium Bowl - blend Cream Cheese & 4 TBSP of Margarine until smooth
* Add the next six ingredients and mix well.
* Separate Crescent rolls into 8 rectangles; firmly press perforations to seal.
* Spoon about 1/4 Cup of chicken mixture into center of each rectangle.
* Pull 4 corners of each dough rectangle to the center of the filling; twist firmly.
* Place on two UNGREASed cookie sheets.
* Brush with remaining 1 TBSP of Margarine and sprinkle with remaining bread crumbs.
* Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
For Sauce:
* Combine Milk and whichever soup flavor you chose and heat on stove until bubbly.
* Once complete spoon over sandwiches.
