Crockpot Pulled Porlk

It has been cold in several places across the country and every day when I talk to my mom she talks about how hard it is to come home on a cold night and cook dinner. So I have been trying to find clean crockpot recipes so that your dinner is ready when you come home, yet it is still heathy.
This is a great and easy recipe for that!

Ingredients:
* 1 Pork Loin
* 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
* 1/2 Cup of Water
* 1 Green container ( about 1 cup) of onions & Mushrooms, chopped
* 1 TSP of Cayenne Pepper
* 1 TBSP Garlic Powder
* 1/4 Cup of red wine (apple cider) Vinegar
* 1/4 Cup of Yellow Mustard
* Whole Wheat buns or rolls

Directions:
1. Combine the first six ingredients in the crockpot
2. Cook on low for 7-8 hours
3. Drain and Shred Pork. Return to Crockpot
4. Stir in red wine vinegar and mustard ( may need o add more, to taste, as well as additional seasoning like cayenne pepper, pepper or garlic powder)
5. Serve one container (about 2/3 cup) of pork on a whole what bun or deli round.

This is also great to take leftovers for lunches etc!
