No-Bake Energy Bites
When I had my daughter I was on the hunt for something that would help increase my milk supply for breastfeeding and give me energy to help get through the sleepless nights!!!
I found a recipe and modified it a little! Even if you aren't breastfeeding these are great little energy bites for on the go!
Ingredients:
* 2 Cups of Steel Cut Oats
* 1/2 Ground or Milled Flax Seed
* 1 Cup of Peanut Butter
* 1/2 Cup of Honey (I use Agave Nectar)
* 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla
* 1/2 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
* 3 Tablespoons of Brewer's yeast ( I usually leave this out -- but you can add it if you want!)
Directions:
* Mix everything together in a bowl
* Place in refrigerator for 30 Minutes
* Roll into balls
* Enjoy :)
** Keep these in the refrigerator in a air tight container!
